Yes, you can place an order if your loved one lives in a region not listed by sending a message in the 'Contact Us' page.

Include the cemetery, loved ones name and if possible the plot number.

Inquiries in other locations can be considered and will incur additional costs.

You will be contacted with the order details and can decline or accept the conditions to the order.

If you decline your inquiry will be deleted.

If you accept the conditions, a confirmation email will be sent with the details and additional costs. This will include the additional travel costs to complete your order.

The payment options are as follows:

1. Online banking. The bank account number is provided with placing your order.

2. Credit card payment. Pay amount into the supplied bank account number.

3. Easy pay. Payments can be arranged via easy pay until the full amount is paid off. If yearly orders are arranged, then easy pay will continue until a notification is made to cancel the order.

Yes, you can make more than one order to different loved ones.   To place each order, you will need to complete separate orders for each loved one.

The conditions to every order states that orders are made at least 24 hours before service or delivery date.

In the Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland region, the service is only Saturday and Sunday for grave care, maintenance or putiputi / flower delivery days.

We will do our very best to complete your order for you on the same day.

If this is not achievable then we will notify you on the same day and confirm the day the order will be completed.
